For over 25 years, Darlene Niemeyer, International Masters Addictions Coach (IMAC), has devoted herself to helping women (and their families) who struggle with addiction to thrive in all areas of their lives. She utilizes a "whole-body" approach that takes into account self-care, family dynamics, mindfulness, nutrition, and spirituality in order to help women both in and out of sobriety to thrive in mind, body, and spirit to find peace…by piece. It's not always easy to see what blocks you in the "maze" of life. Darlene is here to help you move forward successfully and escape the lies we tell ourselves that keep us stuck in frustration and hopelessness. Darlene approaches each of her clients individually, first by helping to identify where they are on their unique paths in life; then by designing a client-specific plan to help guide them towards whole-body wellness. Every step along the way, she offers clients the support, trust, and confidentiality needed to reach their goals.
Before embarking on her coaching career, Darlene worked at Intuit Software as a project manager and then as the founder and operator of her own pet care business. Darlene enjoyed the hands-on approach of business operations and spearheaded all aspects of her business' day-to-day running, from marketing to employee management to finance. After selling her doggy daycare, she took the lessons she'd learned in entrepreneurship and began guiding others to success through publishing her book Doggy Business 101 and by offering her service as a consultant for individuals looking to start their own businesses.
Darlene's experience in providing support and coaching for others is extensive, beginning more than two decades ago with her work with a long-term recovery program.
